L'estimation de la masses des clusters est une donnée importante pour la cosmologie et l'astrophysique : mesure de σ8, contrainte sur la gravité aux échelles cosmologiques, comparaison avec les masses mesurées par rayons-X et SZ, contraintes sur l'évolution des galaxies.
